Phenibut
Also seems straight from the hands of God for anxious high schoolers or college kids trying to enjoy parties. Legal, basically free, lowers social anxiety way more than a drinking (which is hard for them to get anyway), lasts way longer than alcohol ...

... and doesn’t make you dumb like alcohol does. If you want to be cool and sexy at parties you want to be obviously relaxed and nonchalant about life while still being clever. Alcohol sort of makes you chill, kills your cleverness. Phenibut gives you more than you need of both

Tell all your anxious college friends that you also trust to be safe about things! ☺️ Social anxiety sucks and no one deserves it, and phenibut can help cure you by showing you what you’re capable of. And curing it early can be life changing and help you meet your tribe

saw someone once talk about taking phenibut "just once a month to remind myself that social anxiety is fake" and that was an interesting perspective

Yeah that’s be fun. The big secret one is phenibut*. Allows you to burst into being a charismatic extrovert for a few hours, which can be extremely valuable

* it has a lot of downsides, read a lot about it before doing it
And almost everyone who takes phenibut sleeps like a god. This is worth SO much

A calorie-free vaccine for social anxiety and sleeping issues could change everything. I don’t know if a phenibut-variant could be quite that, but it’s the best shot I know of
I looked into phenibut a while ago and tried it a couple of times, but honestly it feels much too dangerous to tinker with.

Easy to mix with bad things, rapid tolerance and addiction potential, awful withdrawal symptoms
Can probably be used safely but that itself is hard to do
I personally wouldn’t mix it with anything. It contraindicates with quite a few things (most notably alcohol)

Really, really bad withdrawal symptoms. Very easy to overdose, and then quite difficult to get off.

(Not from personal experience — I’m super skeptical and careful around potentially addictive supplements, so researched it a ton.)
Based on the reports online phenibut withdrawal from daily use is just as bad as benzo withdrawal. One of the few drug withdrawals that can actually kill you. I'd say that gifting someone with poor self-control a phenibut tub is to give them a ~10% chance of a hellish experience.
